Minera Tayrona has the Mining Concession Contract No. 18705.

ENVIRONMENTAL LICENSE

By resolution 0277 of 6 February 2009 the 'Corporación Autónoma Regional de Magdalena' awarded an environmental license for the exploitation of construction materials.

The exploitation project within the area the Concession Contract has as main objective the removal of calcareous material, complying with the mining and environmental regulations.

The area was selected for their exploitation since it has a material with features that comply with the parameters required for use in the construction sector, and quality specifications for the production of cement and aggregates.
